is the store open?

Our store will be opening with limited hours on June 24th. Hours will be Wed, Thurs and Fri from 12PM-5PM. We still encourage you to shop our online store to receive the benefits of ReStore from the safety and comfort of home, or anywhere else.

how do I reach you?

Our online store is operating on a skeleton crew that are only in the building during pick up hours. For this reason we are unable to reliably answer or respond to phone calls. During this time, we ask that you send all inquiries by email to restore@habitatnl.ca.

how do I get my stuff?

If you have purchased something online, please review the "Pick Up Instructions" tab on the home page for details on when and how to claim your item(s).

If you have purchased an item before our store was closed and have yet to pick it up, contact us at restore@habitatnl.ca with the details so we can arrange a pick up time.

can I still donate?

We are carefully accepting drop-off donations from 9AM-3PM on weekdays. We are accepting very select curbside donation pickup requests for large items. In order to assess the eligibility of your donation and schedule a time we ask that you contact us by email at restore@habitatnl.ca.

Please refrain from dropping donations on property without speaking to an attendant. This is considered dumping and trespassing. Property is monitored with surveillance and violators will be prosecuted.
