pickup: 

Items purchased online can be picked up at the donation center during the hours of operation or based on a scheduled pick up time. Strict adherence to the following procedure is expected:

• If someone else is at the door, wait in your vehicle until it is your turn and it is safe to proceed.

• Provide staff with your name and order number.

• Staff will assist with the loading of order if needed.

• You may then take your goods to their new home!
